Terms and Conditions
 
Every effort has been made to make Bali Holiday House a safe environment no responsibility is taken for accidents, sickness or loss of property. However, as with all travel, travel insurance is highly recommended.
After dates have been selected and confirmed as vacant with management, a minimum of $100 deposit is required within seven days to secure the dates. If a deposit is not received after 7 days the dates will be regarded as vacant and available for other guests.
For long term stays a larger deposit is required and negotiated with management.
In the event of cancellation $100 is non refundable. All monies over $100 will be refunded as long as cancellation is before 14 days of the intended stay.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds after 14 days prior to check in or after check in. If for some unforeseen reason you are unable to complete your stay  you should claim from your travel insurance.
General wear and tear of the contents are accepted, however the costs of repairing contents caused by malicious  damage will be recouped from the guest.
Information in this web site and any information provide by Bali Holiday House representatives is given in good faith. Any inaccuracies are unintentional. It is the responsibility of guests and potential guests, to determine that Bali Holiday House is suitable for their needs.

Bali Holiday House and its representatives do not pass private information, such as email addresses to any third party unless specifically requested to do so.
Information provided by guests, potential guests, information contained in booking requests and in general questions to Bali Holiday House remain confidential to Bali Holiday House management and representatives and is not revealed to third parties.
